We work to help teachers bring out the citizen in their students.
Education is the foundation of society: It is so much more than an effort to teach students to listen to bells and authority figures. We believe a good education excites, renews, and invites students to enter into society as citizens.
The question is whether or not we can find an accessible way for teachers to bring out the citizen in their students. Can we do so in a time of tight budgets, a constraining "teach to the test" atmosphere and continuing adherence to a system of education built on ancient theories of psychology?
The answer is a warm and resounding yes.
